Based on 35 years of holistic medicine practice and the strong scientific evidence to support the vital role people can take in preventing and reversing lifestyle illness, Dr Daniel established 12 Health Creation Principles that we as Health Creation Coaches and Mentors can focus with our clients.  They come under the four areas of Body, Mind, Spirit & Environment and each has an effect on the others when out of balance.
